I have rented from Enterprise for years, mostly because it is the only outlet near us and it offers pickup service. I accepted the inconvenience of partly full gas tanks, cars that were not ready on time and not completely clean. Also accepted the inconvenience at airports where Enterprise was at the farthest point in the rental car center. At my latest rental, I was informed that a $400 hold would be placed on my credit card. I was also informed that even though I am insured by my credit card, if there were damage to the car for any reason, $500 would be charged to it because of Enterprise's "loss of use." I use different rental companies all over the US. Credit card holds are normal, but I have never had such an amount put on hold. That was my last rental with Enterprise. On top of this, we waited almost a half hour for the car to be cleaned (I reserved it 3 days ahead) and it had only a quarter tank of gas. First stop we had to make was a gas station!
Was told one story from the office, a different story when we got to the place. Set of car was available, when we got there the car wasn't ready.
Wonderful location. The office staff was able to communicate with my auto insurance and make renting a car easy due to a accident. Keep up the good work. This location took care of my family extremely well.
I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental. The representative was willing to work with me without any issues. They have wonderful customer service .
Best customer service I have ever experienced. My flight arrived just before they closed, but I was able to call them and book the rental car to get me home. They said they would wait for me to arrive, but I couldn't get a taxi to pick me up at the military terminal on McGuire AFB. By time I arrived it was 40 minutes after closing. However, true to their word - they waited! Can thank you all enough!
