Listen everyone, I honestly can't say that I've had a bad car was service until now. The machine ripped me off $20 for 2 minutes in the self service machine. My car isn't even clean and I am out $20. This place has to get thier act together. Its not fair to the customers who are on a low budget.
Paid for vaccuum services when going through automatic car wash and NOONE there to give me my token i paid for. And brushes didnt even clean my car still dirt mark on as before i even washed! No contact number. Mailbox filled. Complaint box looks like its never checked. HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!
Paid $9, but machine did not spraying triple color foam protectant and dryer did not work either.
WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS. I paid for the $7 wash. When prompted, I added vacuum tokens to my order since I had no quarters. After I paid my money, it informed me that there were no tokens. I was instructed to see an attendant for my tokens. There was no attendant on duty. I pulled in and the machine went through the motions but after pulling out i realized my car was still dirty. I keep calling to complain and no one NEVER EVER answers the phone. Cant leave a message because the box is full. Complete waste of time and money!!!

Paid for the second from cheapest wash. The wash stopped maybe half way through. I contacted the number on the machine and spoke with a polite and understanding man. He stated that a refund would be sent and took my address. I decide to hand wash there instead. I received a cash refund in the mail today of $2...............
